What We Do During a PVT

1. Communication Check

2. System Assessment

We verify that all of your system's components are powered on and functioning correctly. While installation errors and faulty components are rare, our process catches them early, allowing us to coordinate a quick resolution with your installer.

3. Energy Verification

Your system was designed to produce a specific amount of energy. We compare your system's real-time energy production against its expected output. This ensures it's performing as it should and delivering the energy you expect.

What Happens Next?

If we detect anything unusual during the PVT, we will work with your installer to resolve any issues. We take a proactive approach to ensure that your solar journey starts on a solid foundation, so you can enjoy the benefits of clean energy without the stress.

Once PVT is complete and your system is performing as expected, your system is now officially onboard with Omnidian services. That means that we are actively monitoring your system 24/7 and will notify you if we detect any issues to remote troubleshoot and potentially send an onsite technician.
