Community Engagement
Our WeGu (“We Guarantee”) group is a resource for all team members for information, guidance and support which bring our vision to life through community engagement.
Civic Action
The Civic Action Committee fulfills our corporate commitment to provide thoughtful support to local BIPOC-led businesses and non-profits who are solving systemic issues within marginalized communities.
Social Issues
Omnidian supports important social issues including but not limited to Black Lives Matter, Stop Asian Hate, LGBTQIA, and initiatives at the state and federal level addressing climate change and environmental issues.

Speaker Series
Our Speakers Program brings influential women, African American leaders, political and social influencers, and educators to a series designed to provide meaningful engagement with all team members.
Past Speakers:
- Constance Rice, Chair of the UW Board of Regence, President of the Very Strategic Group and a longtime advocate for social justice both in Seattle and internationally
- Angela Dunleavy-Stowell, CEO, FareStart, an organization working to transform lives, disrupt poverty and nourish communities through food, life skills and job training
- Dr. Shelia Lange, President, Seattle Central College and a changemaker in diversity and inclusion throughout her career
- Michelle Burns, Executive Vice President-Global Coffee and Tea & Sustainability, Starbucks and serves on multiple boards empowering women and promoting sustainability
- Matt Eggers, Climatetech VC, Prelude Ventures, 15 years in leadership roles in climate tech businesses including VP Sales at Tesla & VP Operations at Sunrun
- Amanda Bybee, Founder & CEO, Amicus O&M Cooperative, 20 years in solar leading initiatives on cooperation, sustainability and diversity
Internships
We have partnered with institutions like Seattle Central College, University of Chicago, and TACT (Teaching The Autism Community Trades), a new internship program tailored to people with autism.
